  2. Please comform with the following quidelines:

    1. DEPARTURE TIME IS NOT ALLOWED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1:30 PM AND 4:00 PM
    2. Do not send duplicate copies.
    3. List accurate number of students, (do not allow any non-team members to ride the bus.)
    4. Combine teams on one bus that have the same date and destination.
    5. Shuttle teams using the same bus when playing a double header at a location within 30 minutes travel time.
    6. To avoid problems in scheduling bus request, submit travel request form 20 days prior to the event.
    7. "TBD" will not be processed
    8. Review all information for accuracy before signing.
    9. One Week prior to event, contact Transportation Dispatch for Confirmation Number for all requested buses.
    10. Notify coaches of time of departure. Teams must be ready to board the bus within 10 minutes of requested pickup time.
    11. Practice bus request forms can be obtained by request.
