Applications for the CIF Fall Spirit of Sport Award are currently being accepted. The Fall application deadline is Monday, October 31. The award is open to graduating Seniors only.

The Spirit of Sport Award recognizes one male and one female student-athlete state-wide winner during each season of sport (Fall, Winter, Spring). Student-athletes are selected based on exemplary sportsmanship, school/community service, and leadership. Each winner receives a patch, an award, and a scholarship. State award winners are required to attend the CIF Federated Council event on Friday, April 28, 2023 (Location TBA).
Additionally, one male and one female student-athlete representing each of the 10 CIF Sections, in each season of sport (Fall, Winter, Spring), will also be selected.
