First-Ever Women's P.A. Announcers' Clinic to be Held on May 16, 2015 at U.C. Berkeley

Julie Myers, UC-Berkeley P.A. Announcer, will serve as clinician; Renel Brooks-Moon, San Francisco Giants P.A. Announcer; and Jaime Coffee, P.A. Announcer for the Sacramento Monarchs of the WNBA, will be special guests.

The clinic will offer a unique opportunity for women who would like to learn about P.A. announcing. The duties and expectations of the job, best practices, and the keys to landing P.A. announcing positions will be covered. Attendees will also be given the opportunity to interact with their peers, get some hands-on P.A. announcing experience with the clinician and meet P.A. announcers with different sport specialties.

Following the clinic, everyone will have the opportunity to attend the University of California Berkeley-USC Baseball game at no charge.
