Westchester's Ed Azzam Becomes Section's All-Time Winningest Boys Basketball Coach

Longtime coach Ed Azzam of Westchester High recently became the all-time winningest coach in CIF LA City Section boys basketball history when the Comets defeated Narbonne, 62-54. The win was #804 for Azzam passing former great and Crenshaw legend Willie West. Azzam is now in his 37th season at Westchester where he has guided his program to 12 City titles and six State titles. Congrats Ed!
